A reservation fee of EUR 250 is due directly upon booking, which will be deducted from the final payment.

Four weeks before the start of the trip, 50% of the rent is due.

The remaining 50% of the rent is due one week before departure.

Cancellation conditions:

If you cancel up to four weeks before the start of your trip, only the reservation fee will be retained.

If you cancel up to one week before the start of your trip, 50% of the rent is due.

If there is a travel warning for travel to Croatia in your country of origin at the start of your trip, cancellation is possible at any time with a full refund of the rent paid so far.

If a new rental becomes possible in the event of a cancellation, the rent previously paid will also be fully refunded.

We charge an extra fee of EUR 10,- per dog per day.
